Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Kalleron ("Kalleron", "we") is a software company preparing to offer software development and related services to people and enterprises. This policy covers kalleron.com, including the coming-soon waitlist.
2. What we collect
- Waitlist: name, email address, and your consent records.
- Security: a one-way fingerprint of your IP address and browser string, used to limit abuse. We do not store raw IP addresses on the waitlist record.
- Cookies: a necessary cookie that remembers your cookie choice. We do not run advertising cookies on this page.
Name and email are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). A separate HMAC fingerprint of the email is stored so we can prevent duplicates without keeping a searchable plain copy.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- Consent: to send waitlist and launch emails. You tick the box yourself. You can withdraw at any time.
- Security: to keep the site safe and limit spam.
- Legal duty: if we must keep records or answer a lawful request.
This waitlist is built for visitors in the United States, Canada, the UK, the EU/EEA, and the Middle East, including Gulf Cooperation Council states. We follow a high bar: opt-in email, clear notice, encryption of names and emails, and a simple way to delete your data. Local rules still apply where you live, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, and similar GCC and MENA laws.
4. Emails
We send mail only if you opt in. Every email identifies Kalleron and has an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe promptly.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. Hosting, database, and email may run on our servers and processors under contract. We do not use waitlist data for ads.
6. Retention
Waitlist records stay until you unsubscribe and we delete them, or until we no longer need them for the launch, and in any case no longer than 24 months after last consent unless law requires longer. Unsubscribed emails are marked and not messaged again.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. That includes GDPR and UK GDPR, PIPEDA in Canada, US state laws such as the CCPA, and Middle East laws such as the UAE PDPL and Saudi PDPL. To use these rights, email privacy@kalleron.com. You may also complain to a local regulator where one exists.
9. Age (18+ worldwide)
This site is for adults aged 18 or over in every country. You must confirm that before you join the list. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger than 18. If we learn that a record belongs to a person under 18, we delete it.
10. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date.
