1. Agreement
By using kalleron.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover the coming-soon website and waitlist only. Future products may have their own terms.
2. The service
Kalleron is a modern software company. This site describes our intent and collects a waitlist. We do not guarantee a launch date. Features described may change.
3. Waitlist
You must be 18 or older in every country, give accurate information, and be able to consent for yourself. You may unsubscribe at any time. We may refuse or remove signups that look automated or abusive.
4. Intellectual property
The Kalleron name, mark, and site content are owned by Kalleron. You may not copy the brand or content except as allowed by law (for example fair dealing / fair use).
5. Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape in an abusive way, or misuse the forms. Do not submit other people's emails without authority.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded.
7. Liability
Our total liability for this pre-launch site is limited to USD 100, except where law forbids a limit. Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
8. Law
If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK, or the Middle East, you keep the mandatory protections of your home country. Mandatory local law always wins where it applies. For anything else, disputes are handled in good faith with legal@kalleron.com.
